Summer is in full swing and with the World Cup nearing the end it’s an appropriate time to introduce our newest ENG transfers – welcome Joe Docherty and Will Griffin!

Joe has joined Executive Network Group as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for The FMC Network. ENG has massive intent to make moves within the construction market, and Joe joins us with 4 years within the construction market to strengthen our division! Joe joins us on the Commerical Construction desk with a Midlands focus on permanent assignments.

Will is another new recruit, who has 3 years experience again within the construction market. After spending time on both a freelance and more recently permanent construction desk Will also joins the The FMC Network. We’re so excited to have them both amongst our ranks!

One of ENG’s strongest values is inspiration. Who inspires you the most?

Joe: I am mostly inspired Elon Musk because he put everything he had into creating a better world

Will:  Gary Monk – Keep Right On!

What would you do if you didn’t work in recruitment?

Joe: If I didn’t work in recruitment I would either be a chef, or still work in finance

Will: St Andrews Groundsman

How do you spend your spare time?

Joe: I spend a lot of my spare time hacking my way around a golf course, or travelling the world when I can.

Will:Playing chess on the beach

What are you most excited about working at Executive Network Group?

Joe: I joined ENG to be able to build something great with a great team. They offer excellent opportunities within, and great place to work.
