Total Reward Manager – Interim
Initial 6-month contract
Network HR are representing a professional services delivery organisation who are seeking a strong and highly experienced Reward Consultant to support with the transformation and overall improvement across; Comp, Bens and Pensions on an initial engagement until at least March 2021.
This role will see you complete a robust salary survey across a diverse and niche workforce, generate outputs and recommendations following due-diligence projects, create and adapt a full reward framework and generally act as a true subject matter expert across the whole reward agenda.
The Reward Consultant will need the following skills and experience:
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work successfully in an autonomous environment
• Prior experience working within a blue-collar industry, ideally an SME environment
This position will see you join a complex, fast paced SME that, is on a positive growth trajectory and will in turn require a strong and proactive Comp and Bens Specialist.
