You will have the lead role as a Senior Commercial Manager managing the commercial team based in the North West. You will utilise your Utilities experience to manage the supply chain and build commercially led relationships to maximise value and build a true partnership approach.
You will be responsible for managing the team to deliver within a fast paced environment of low value high volume projects of capital delivery works. You will play the team to their strengths as well as identifying opportunities to upskill the team and develop their skills to meet company and team goals. Naturally you will be commercially astute, a strong negotiator and be contractually savvy, as well as able to build strong last relationships.
• Experience within the Utilities Industry
• Previous experience in a similar role such as Commercial Manager, Senior Commercial Manager or Head of Department.
• Strong leadership skills, able to spot strengths and development opportunities.
• Commercially minded with a track record managing successful supply chain relationships.
Negotiable package on offer with basic salary in the region of £80,000 to £90,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
