With a growing reputation, this well established (and growing!) IT services business is seeking a capable and proactive Recruitment Officer on an interim basis of 12 months to cover a period of maternity.
Offering hybrid working - with the need to be at the office in Worcester 3 days per week – you will provide a comprehensive recruitment service across the business. Currently operating with a headcount of c650 and ambitious plans for a 3% growth YOY, you will be kept busy! Currently there are c25 live vacancies to manage – predominantly IT/technical roles - you will be leading on these.
To be considered for this role you will be:
A capable, commercially focused Recruitment professional that has touched on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle;
Happy to work autonomously, delivering in line with the business growth;
Happy to engage with Hiring Managers, educating them on the correct recruitment process ensuring consistency;
Managing the ATS;
Proactive, looking to reduce agency spend and increase direct hires;
Able to commit to the term of the assignment.
