A well respected manufacturing business is seeking a HR Business Partner to join at a highly exciting time for the organisation. Having undertaken an exciting period of positive change, the appointment of HR Business Partner is the next step in this process.
The role will report to the Head of HR and will act as the main point of contact for c300 employees within a specific business unit. Working as part of a wider HR team you will provide a holistic service to this customer base, working in a highly hands on capacity, dealing with the entire HR lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding (and everything in between!).
You will engage with staff in order to educate and influence employees in order to ensure they understand the true value of a modern-day proactive HR function, whilst upskilling Managers and Leaders within the business to make sure they are better placed to deal with their own people issues.

To be considered for this role you will be:
- A capable HR Generalist, experienced within a fast paced environment (manufacturing, engineering, distribution, logistics, retail etc would be good);
- Happy to be involved and experienced in all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
- Happy to be based on site 4 days a week
- Comfortable to deal with all operational issues across the HR agenda.
