A growing Engineering business is seeking a Recruitment Officer to take ownership of all recruitment activity.
Working a 4-day week, the Recruitment Officer will work closely with stakeholders in order to understand recruitment requirements, before managing all recruitment processes from advertising vacancies, utilising job boards and Linked In to identify and attract the right calibre of candidates, through to supporting Hiring Managers on interviews and the assessment of candidates, and managing the offer and on boarding process.
My client is keen to bring someone into this role that will bring fresh ideas in terms of how the business positions itself to the candidate market, whilst bringing in new ways of working to ensure that the recruitment process is slick and delivers in line with business needs.
Whilst this role is part time, hybrid working will be on offer and will allow 1 day a week working from home.
To be considered for this role you will:
• Be happy to work on a part time basis
• Have experience of working as an in house recruiter
• Ideally have had exposure to a blue collar environment
• Be commercially focused and able to bring in new ideas
