Global Head of Talent Management

The Global Head of Talent Management will be a key senior leader within the HR function, responsible for creating and executing comprehensive talent strategies that support the development, engagement, and retention of top talent across the organisation. This role will oversee multiple sub-functions, including Leadership and Management Development, Culture and Employee Engagement, Learning and Development, Organisational Development, and contribution to Reward/Incentive philosophy and its impact on performance and career frameworks. The Global Head of Talent Management will work closely with executive leadership to ensure that talent management initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous development, and innovation across all regions.
 
The successful candidate must have a Financial Services background due to the regulatory piece, and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company's talent management and culture initiatives globally (UK, US & Asia Pac). They will work closely with the CPO to create a strategy which underpins the organisations commercial objectives, and cultural programme.

Background
  • Experience in HR, talent management, and/or OD roles, ideally from a global financial services or technology background.
  • Strong knowledge of talent management, leadership and culture transformation best practices
  • Strong OD expertise
  • Proven leader, extensive experience developing and implementing talent & culture initiatives in a global organisation
  • Strong consultative, partnership and influencing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and effectively juggle competing priorities
  • Demonstrating curiosity by listening and asking to inspire innovation
  • Strong business acumen
