Area Manager - Hospitality
Salary £35,000 circa
Bonus and Benefits
Monday - Friday
A fantastic opportunity has a arose to join a modern, fresh and growing luxury restaurant brand with sites all over the UK plus internationally. You will be joining this market leader at a perfect time. Your key focus will be the circa 15 restaurants in your area and your experience in restaurants, bars, qsr’s and similar will assist in ensuring that standards are maintained across your patch during their growth.
You will be:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Knowledge of management practices and procedures
· Knowledge of the retail and or restaurant industry operations
· Overseen franchise operators - highly beneficial.
· Demonstrated team-building skills
· Strong operational skills in a customer-service environment
· Strong organisational and planning skills
· Supervisory skills
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with team members at all levels in the organisation.
· Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
· Ability to independently manage the overall operations of multiple stores.
· Ability to effectively manage confidential and sensitive information.
· Able to forge strong business relationships
· Strong interpersonal skills

- Travelling between sites.
- Making timely management decisions
- Ensuring area-wide guest satisfaction and product consistency and quality
- Managing the area's financial performance and store KPI’s are exceeding
