Health and Safety Advisor (Contract Inside IR35)

HSE Recruitment are working with an Global Engineering Company who are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join them on a Contract basis at their Shoreham by Sea facility.

This role sits Inside IR35, is paying £320 a day via an umbrella company. This role is ideally 5 days per week (on site) but we are open to people who can offer 3 or 4 days. We are looking for someone to start asap as this role is covering a permanent position which is currently vacant. The duration is undetermined, but it is likely we will be looking for someone for 2-3 months.

This role will be a mixture of hands on, out on the shop floor engagement as well as compliance. You will keep things managed and ticking over while they look for a permanent candidate.

What we are looking for-

• Someone from a manufacturing/engineering/workshop background
• NEBOSH Certificate level as a minimum
• Traits we need are; Motived, engaging, hands on and hold people accountable.
• Ideally experience in a similar contract role.
