H&S Advisor (3 month Contract INSIDE IR35)

Company: Beverage Manufacturing Business
Role : Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor, 3 month contract (likely to be extended)  - INSIDE IR35, £450 per day (including expenses)
Location: Central belt of Scotland- on site every day.
 
Seeking a down to earth, enthusiastic, and engaging HSE Advisor, who is used to a high risk manufacturing sector, who can successfully guide the site with proactive safety management and get stuck in to current and upcoming projects. You will be working with a wider HSE team to do a generalist HSE role; risk assessments, reactive to incidents, offering hands on practical support, solutions, and advice, coaching and mentoring, driving a positive health and safety culture.
 
Essential Experience, Training and Qualifications:
 

• Manufacturing experience but ideally within food, beverage, bakery or packaging
• Commercially aware able to balance production needs with HS&E, ensuring Health and Safety is a main priority
• NEBOSH Certificate/ IOSH level 3, ideally Diploma or equivalent qualification.
