As part of an ambitious expansion plan to triple in size over the next five years, we are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Mechanical & Electrical Estimator. Role Overview:
As a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing small works, plumbing remedials, and plant room fit-outs. While M&E skills are core to this role, technical support and training will be provided to help you upskill in more niche services, ensuring you have the opportunity to grow and expand your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately estimate costs for small works, plumbing remedials, and plant room fit-outs.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure pricing aligns with project requirements.
• Provide technical support and advice on M&E systems and solutions.
• Use estimating software to produce detailed quotations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during the estimation process.
• Manage client expectations and deliver timely, competitive bids.
• Continuously learn and develop your skills in new and niche services with training provided.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical & Electrical Estimator with a strong understanding of M&E systems and services.
• Solid knowledge of small works, plumbing, and plant room fit-outs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and pricing.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based role, managing time and priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
