We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for actively engaging with customers to understand their parts needs, providing expert product knowledge, and ensuring the seamless fulfilment of orders.
The Parts Advisor will play a crucial role in maintaining and building strong customer relationships while contributing to the overall success of our parts sales department.

- Customer Engagement - Proactively engage with customers to understand their parts requirements and provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels promptly and courteously.
- Product Knowledge - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line, including specifications, applications, and compatibility with various equipment. Assist customers in identifying the right parts for their needs, offering expert guidance and recommendations.
- Order Processing - Efficiently process parts orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the fulfilment and timely delivery of orders.
- Relationship Building - Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Actively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products based on customer needs.
- Technical Support - Provide basic technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and offering solutions. Collaborate with the technical team to address more complex inquiries.
- Sales Administration - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM. Generate reports as needed to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
What you will need
- Qualifications and Experience Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in parts sales or a related field.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and understand product specifications.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities work collaboratively and independently within a team
