Main Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on CDM practices, legislation, and standards.
- Collaborate with external Principal Designers and clients to plan, manage, and monitor pre-construction phases.
- Maintain a log of Principal Designer/CDM(A) appointments and ensure compliance.
- Advise the Client on pre-construction information required by the Principal Designer.
- Review Principal Designer/CDM(A) liaison with the PC throughout construction phases.
- Lead the collation of information for health and safety files.
Main Requirements:
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Effective planning, prioritization, and organization skills.
- NEBOSH Construction certification.
- Grad IOSH and Member IIRSM.
- Evidence of FM knowledge or consultancy experience.
- Confidence to challenge existing procedures.
- Experience in large or complex projects, including CDM knowledge.
