We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Engineer for one of the fastest moving Food Manufacturers in the UK, at their brand new site in the Northamptonshire area.

This is a very exciting opportunity where you will be part of the commissioning phase for the setup of a brand new factory, these kind of opportunities do not come around very often.
We are looking for experienced engineers to be able to take ownership of their role, and add serious value to the business. The fantastic salary is reflective of this.

Your purpose in this role:

• You will be there to support different functions across the business to ensure machinery, plant and building meet the required food and health and safety standards.
• You will maintain the equipment to a high standard through inspections and planned preventative maintenance looking to improve upon the system and follow jobs through to completion.
• You will carry out reactive maintenance to ensure machine downtime is minimised.
• You will understand and contribute to achieving the goals of the Factory by efficiently using data collected from different sources and improving the process or machinery.

Are you:

• An experienced (at least 5 years) Maintenance Engineer in the food manufacturing sector
• Knowledgeable in refrigeration and experience using Tetrapak equipment? (desirable)
• Able to interpret a fault on a PLC and make it better
• Worked with equipment like Siemens, Omron or Mitsubishi
• An engineer with a recognised engineering qualification.
