My Bio:
Matt Ellis joined Pertemps Network Group in January 2000 and formed Executive Network Group later that year. Matt has worked in leadership roles before and set his own recruitment business up in the late nineties, but was inspired by the partnership ethos of the Group and has carried this true value of partnership with him to this day. As Managing Director of Executive Network Group and a main board Director of the Pertemps Network Group, Matt has been a leader in defining ENG’s group strategy. This strategy and thirst for strategic partnerships has lead ENG to build some of the most respected networks in their chosen disciplines. The internal partnerships Matt has developed with his team over the years allow ENG to thrive in their purpose to “make recruitment better”. Inspired by the pursuit of excellence and driven by the ENG company values, Matt has been instrumental in building ENG into the business you see before you today. Matt’s passion for recruitment has not wavered since entering the industry in 1995, and is always seen with a big smile on his face around the offices of his beloved ENG, enjoying the industry as much today as the day he formed the business all those years ago. Matt’s other passions see him either on the golf course, where again many strategic alliances have been formed both on and off the course, or with his family in Warwickshire where he enjoys his downtime with friends & loved ones.
