The ENG Business Academy

Recognising a shortage of 'new' talent in the recruitment industry, we launched our unrivalled Business Academy in 2011. Our passion is to develop young talent to ensure they get the same opportunities as more experienced hires with a rewarding, structured career in recruitment.

What is the Business Academy?

Our business academy spans 12 weeks of intense yet enjoyable training at our HQ in Birmingham. You will spend your time between classroom sessions, online training, and working with our experienced teams and senior leaders.

Academy Graduation awaits at the end of the 12 weeks, opening the doors to ENG and a career in recruitment.
