My Bio:
I previously worked for a direct competitor of ENG; I enjoyed my time with the business but having spent 5 years there and feeling as though I wanted a new challenge, whilst continually coming up against Network HR, my thought process was simple: if you can’t beat them, join them. I joined ENG in January 2012 as a Recruitment Consultant and during the time with the business I have secured 3 promotions, currently operating as Partner. Throughout my time with the business I have established relationships with a number of clients and candidates in order to deliver a highly professional recruitment service; I find it inspiring and enjoyable that I can positively impact clients and candidates by providing this level of service. More recently I have stepped into a position that allows me to work closely with other recruiters across the business to fully utilise our knowledge of the manufacturing/engineering sector to ensure we are better placed to assist clients and candidates alike. Joining ENG has provided me with fantastic opportunities in both my professional and personal life. I have developed my career, built long lasting relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues, partnered with some of the UK’s biggest household names, whilst also allowing me to realise a number of long held personal goals and ambitions.
